Joined the PP club
So I have always been an AP guy, have a few and while I always kept my eye on the 5711 and 5712 (like everyone else), the Aquanaut never seemed to sing to me in photos. I was at my AD about 3 weeks back and one of my reps customers happened to come in wearing a 5167a, I said to myself "huh, I really like that!". He offered to let me try it on, I accepted and fell in love. I always thought it was going to be too small on my 7" wrist and that turned out to be completely wrong!
So my 40th is in October and upon leaving my AD that day, I reminded him of that and if a 5167a came available, to please let me know and that I would like it. Well, on my way home from Pittsburgh yesterday he called and while it wasn't the 5167a, I feel it was one better (at least for me). The slightly thicker case seems perfect for me and I just love the dial and everything about it. Being shipped this afternoon and I hope to have it on for the home run derby tonight at Nats Park.  I wear mine more than any other watch i have They may have sized it at the AD, but they set it wrong
