Price of replacement bezels

Hi guys,

How much is a replacement bezel for the GMT master 2? The one I'm looking at comes with her standard "coke" bezel, but I really like the "pepsi", and might get one, depending on how expensive they are...

Ceramic?

No, I didn't think 70 bones would cover a ceramic. I was asking how much a ceramic replacement would cost.

No not the ceramic.

70 bucks is not bad! Is this a commonly replaced item, might AD's even have them in stock?

Its possible in Europe but most Europe AD could order one and fit it for you.

I know..........I was just asking for a comparison of what one might pay for a current ceramic bezel compared with the older style bezel. I have heard around $1,000. If this is true, service costs are going to really increase if you need a bezel replaced (which is a commonly replaced part). Also the new bracelets are more expensive (I think) so put those two together and BAM, one expensive service fee.

You won't always need a bracelet or bezel replaced. But when you do....ouch. It's already ouch for the bracelet, the bezel isn't too bad with the old style.

If your local AD has a Rolex certified watchmaker, they should have them in stock, if not, they can easily order them for you.

As I learned, if you go to a US AD, they may have to turn in your old insert...not sure what ADs in Helsinki do. Never been to Finland, but I would like to go!
