Uk buyer

Hi guys,i recently went in my AD and found my self looking at a white gold sub and rose daytona,I sort of said i was being drawn to the sub to cut a long story short it lists £18560 and he said he would knock 20% off so around £14850.

I came away thinking done some searching around and sort of think i can get one from the salesboard here for £12500-£13000.I am in town at the weekend and was thinking off going in and bidding them £12500 that s around 30% off UK list,

Now i have a 18k gmt. LV sub,116520 black dial new clasp,TT dj,Stainless dj,
so 5 watches do i need another ??? but if the price is right ?? and with vat going back up to 17.5% and a possible price increase by Rolex is now or never .

What i am thinking is offer £12500, and dont move ,if they want £13000 ill ask for a new Rolex winder for it to Sit in .

Or do i go for the rose gold daytona ??????????????????????????????????

yes, you always "need" a new one you if can pull another one off

as for the price, you have basically answered yourself, go in and offer the price and take it from there.a 30% off the list would be very nice - wondering which AD you are referring to in the UK, care to share?

as for the WG Sub or RG Daytona, which one do you like most? with watches in that price range, its not really about the price at the end of the day - it is all about which you like and which smiles back at you

both are exceptional watches, good luck deciding - i think it is the most fun part apart from owning and wearing it.

looking forward to your pix

All I can say is that it's worth a try, but I think 30% may be asking for too much. If you do get the 30%, I'll be very impressed

No, you don't need another watch but if you've got the money then go for it...I would if I could. You already have a gold GMTIIC so a gold sub would be quite similar so if I had you're collection I'd get the rose gold daytona. Nothing wrong with 30% discount either...don't ask don't get.

Good luck
