Sea Dweller 16600 Bracelet markings?

I have purchased a 2005 Sea Dweller 16600 from a trusted second hand dealer in the UK.

The end links have 93160A and the clasp has 93160A and CL4 stampings, but the link near to the case which usually has a stamping is blank.

Is this normal?

Thanks in advance.

I have a 2000 16600. The last last on the bracelet is stamped 93160A on both 12 and 6 sides. The end links themselves have no stamping that is visible while attached to the watch. You can only see the end link markings after removing from the watch.

If you take the bracelet off, you will see the stamp on the inside of the SEL...

As Larry noted, all the SEL have the markings on the inside. Only the non SEL have the markings on the outside of the end link. It should be also noted the 16600 has always had SEL.

My M serial only has markings on the clasp. I'm sure it has them on the inside of the SELs as well but I haven't taken the bracelet off yet.

Does anyone know when they stopped marking the bracelet itself?

Many thanks for all the info.

I have taken the bracelet off and the end links have 93160A stamped inside the SEL.

This is the first Sea Dweller 16600 I have purchased so was a bit concerned that the bracelet wasn't stamped.

Puts my mind at rest!
