Icon5 Change straps?

I just bought a used MKII seafighter. Love the watch, but there is loc-tite in the screw bars. I cannot remove the screw bars to change straps. I need HELP. I am almost stripping the slots of the screw, put some small scratches in the case, and getting frustrated. The scratches aren't deep, so I can buff them out, and it's not a huge deal.

Someone on another forum told me to try and heat up the screw bars and try again. That did NOT work. Can someone give me some good advise? Or direct me to a competant watch-maker located in Lehigh Valley, PA?
