My next watch will be a PO... but I have a question...
Everywhere I read, everyone says I should get the PO on a bracelet. Well, fantastic. I will. If only because I know that buying the bracelet separately doesn't make much financial sense.
However... if I do buy it on a bracelet... how much can I expect to spend on an original rubber strap? And where would I be able to get it? Thanks.

I was considering a Pre-Owned one, but a phone call doesn't hurt. :)
What's their info?

I went the same route, getting it with the bracelet and then acquiring the rubber strap. I got my strap through the Otto Frei website. Strap (OME-98000144) was $192; buckle (OME-9451-2022) was $22; and the spring bars (OME Springbar 03) were a few bucks each. Note that the rubber strap takes different springbars than the bracelet. Also, these item numbers are for the 42 mm PO. Very satisfactory transaction.

+1 for the "FAD"--I purchased my PO from him back in February. Excellent to deal with.
Get it on the bracelet and buy the strap separately (as said above) |

Even assuming the $135 quote is correct, $200 and change was well worth it for the speed and ease of the transaction. Don't know about you, but that's worth $70 bucks in my book.
