I want to buy a 14060 M not a 14060. How do I notice the difference.
Wich what serial letter starts the 14060 M?

The watches are identical... there is no real physical difference (except of course that the 14060 uses the 3000 movement, and the M uses the Modified 3130) ......... However, all 14060M models were made after 1998, so except for a very few "transition" models, they will all have the Luminova "Swiss Made" dials...

That, and they are stamped 14060M...

I bought an new NoDATE Sub COSC this year. It's a random serial. The warranty card states that it is a 14060. I was told that the new random serials are referenced as 14060s.

I'll bet a donut that if you looked at the case stamp it would say 14060M...

Nothing amazing about that all Rolex movements over the last 50 odd years have been keeping exceptional time for any mechanical movement.

Aventura...Kindly share with us the reasons for insisting on the 14060M rather than 14060. As you are likely to buy used (hopefully form here in the TRF) and taking into consideration that Rolex 3000 movement is perfectly dependable. the issue could only be how good and complete the watch is vis-a-vis its price. A good 14060 example with known history offered at the right price could be a very effective choice.

On the same wavelength, this model (14060) is indeed very attractive given its simplicity and dependability. Enjoy.

For the 14060, turn crown ccw to set hands in cw direction, for the 14060m turn the crown cw.
