GMTIIC Coke and Pepsi Mock Ups
Hey guys,
The general consensus seems to be that the GMTIIC would be more appealing to a lot of people if it was offered in the classic Coke and Pepsi variations. Until now, I have always thought to myself..."what is the big deal, the black is beautiful." This morning I stumbled across some pictures posted on TZ of Photoshop mock ups of what a Coke and Pepsi GMTIIC would look like and I was absolutely blown away. I am now keeping my fingers crossed that this will happen in the future, and when it does, I will be first in line. (Make mine a Coke please.) What do you guys think? PICTURE CREDIT: these pictures were recently posted by Rocco1109 and were originally credited to Roland (hypophyse).

I like them!!! But I still like my Coke and Pepsi's just the way they are. Now-if they bring back lug holes--then I am 100% in!!!!

Nice work Sign me up for a Coke!
I hope Rolex finally puts both those babies -- and maybe the Sprite one as well -- to market in 2011. |

I might be wrong but I get the feeling Rolex probably has no plans for a Coke or Pepsi GMTIIc. Time will tell but I hope you guys get what you want one day.

I meant the Pepsi and coke combo.
Last year we had the Subs and 39mm expy. The Expyll was pulled at the last minute. I would bet on the Expyll for next year in white and black...but even if the bezels were doable, I cannot see them launching with the expy ll. Rolex is in no hurry...they have plenty of Subs to sell. |

I like the way they both looked favoring the coke version though. I don't know why because on the originals, I like the pepsi bezel better. The tink I would really like... and I have yet to see a mock up of it...how about a ceramic green bezel for the GMTIIC?
THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! Can someone get a nice photoshop done?

I don't know it doesn't do it for me. I'm more conservative when it comes to colours so maybe that's why.

One can debate the appropriateness of PCLs on the current black bezel GMTII-C, but, with these coke and pepsi variants, I think it's clear: the PCLs have to go. Why? The multi-color bezels feel more sporty, casual and fun to me, and, therefore, they clash terribly with the PCLs (IMHO, of course).
