Strange Sub. 5513 dial
I need help on identify the dial on this Sub. 5513. Does anyone see this kind of dial before? The Submariner line is on the bottom instead of on top. Is this a FAKE dial or this is how it was made. Please help!!!!!

I think the dial for old Sub 5513 made this way. some of the later model has the Submariner line on top.

As a general rule the breakdown on the 5513 is,
62-68--METERS first with Submariner under (including gilt) 69-77-FEET first with Submariner under 78-89-FEET first with Submariner OVER till the end of the run. This includes gloss varients. Of course with Rolex nothing is set in stone so crossover exists. Also replacement dials can come from differing eras (Maxis have shown this). |
