The Zenith has too much colours and way too busy dial for me, so I'd pick the GMT IIC.
When it comes to Zenith, I'd much rather buy something like the El Primero Stratos Flyback, or the El Primero Foudroyante 1/10th Chrono. |

Nothing wrong with the Zenith, but would pick the GMT.

I wouldn't mind getting a Zeneth one day, however I do have a Rolex GMTIIC already.
This is a Rolex forum, I'll bet you most people here recomend that you get the Rolex.

You sure you want the Defy? I'd take the Striking 10th any day over the Defy. A ton classier.
If not, then the Rolex.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XePLzM-fJtk |

Zenith makes a good watch.. I think that they're a bit pricey for what they are though.... The Rainbow Fly doesn't do anything for me with it's colorful sub dial and hands.....
With any watch, it's you who puts it on your wrist every day, so that's the one you need to get... not opinions from a Rolex Forum...........

The Striking 10th is one of the most beautiful pieces out there.
A part from that; the Rolex GMT II. |

I have a Concord with a El Primero, the coolest thing is it has a 36,000 BPH. It just sounds cool! Rolex is 28,800 BPH
The resale on the Rolex is going to be better than the Zenith. The service on the Zenith will eat your lunch. They are cool though!!! |

Zenith, a rainbow flyback is a rare beast and does not pop up often. Can always get the IIc at a later time

Since you already have a Rolex I say add a Zenith to your collection. Everyone should have an El Primero for its history.
Additionally, Zenith service will not "eat your lunch" very comparable to Rolex service costs. The service rates are listed on www.zenith-watches.com

Zenith is a great brand IMHO, but Defy is not my cup of tea.
I would choose 116710. |
