Difference between the Rolex GMT II 116710 and 116710LN

Can anyone please tell me the distinction between the Rolex GMT II 116710 and the GMT II 116710LN. Is one a newer model to the other. Thank you very much.

There is only one Stainless Steel GMT II, the 116710. LN is a suffix used on some paperwork to denote a black bezel insert (Lunette Noir). The same suffix is used for any Rolex model so equipped, such as the black Sub, Sea Dweller, and the new ceramic Daytona......

The LN LB LV after the Reference number ?
Is used by Rolex to describe the color of the bezel insert
Lunette - French for bezel) Bisel in Spanish or Lunetta in Italian and "Stefani" in Greek
along with many other little unique to Rolex ways of description
Such as SACO, EMRO, RBR, SAFU, BRIL, SACI etc. etc.

I want for example a 16589SACI...The authorised dealer will know (I doubt it)
That I want a Zenith based movement Daytona chronograph
- on a blue Croco strap - set with 24 sky blue baguette cut sapphires bezel -
with a Pave' set diamond dial...............Pave' means paved (with diamonds).

Great info Larry and Anastasios...do we have a "decoder ring" of Rolex acronyms somewhere on TRF? I may have missed it.
