Right price for a Red sub?

Hi guys,
I am looking for a red sub and would like to get an input of what would be the right price.
Assuming that i can find one in a very good condition, with the correct dial, hands and a nice patina, how much should I be prepared for?
Also, how much would accessories ( box, papers, etc)add to the price?
many many thanks in advance
regards to all
Luc

The price will vary greatly depending on the variance or type of Red Sub.
Check out the link below on Red Subs- will give you lots of info.:

lately seen red subs offered from 7.5k to 12k without papers, adding 20% for box/papers but it all comes down to many many things like replaced parts, damage, polish/wear, dial condition and dial series (Mk)... Good hunting!

For a decent one, no less than $10k. Probably around $12,000 for a good one with a really clean dial, hands, and case IMHO

If you are in the market to buy 1 may I suggest looking at FINALIZED sales on forums and ebay to get a feel of what they are trading hands at. As for the right price its up to you.
