small independents with in-house movements
After getting in touch with Dirk and researching more about Dornblüth & Sohn I've really fallen in love with the idea of having something made just for me, essentially.
The only thing that could make it better is if they did have a truly in-house movement, rather a modified ETA. Are there any other manufactures that provide the level of service and quality with a true in-house movement, but without the six figure price that typically is associated? $6k-$13K range? |

Maurice Lacroix is reasonably priced, and most of the newer models are in-house.
