Tired of where you live?

have anyone of you guys feel that you are tired of where you live? Post your opinions here.

I feel as if I am tired of Los Angeles. Although i know the grass aint greener always at the other side of the fence but LA is becoming to be one of the worst places to live in my opinion. Everything is just so wrong. Im beginning to hate it. The people here are mostly inconsiderate, uneducated, Piece of $.....
to make it all worst, they think they are always right!!!

Examples....

I was Driving in a one way street.... suddenly a car comes in at an opposite direction so i stopped. So i was like dude its a one way? and he was like he is not moving the car and he is signaling that he was going to make a left. so i backed up and he went in this small alley way where he parked the car... Amazing....

In my unit, My two spaces are close to the utility room where the water and electricity are. one day i come home early and i found that a neighbor is parked at my spot. I looked at him and he said to me park it at 202??? meaning the vacant unit space...so i did... and i approached him and ask him when can i park it at my spot... and he goes in 20 minutes ill come tell you when im done. the A$ had an attitude problem... he didnt want to spend 12 bucks to get his car washed that he had to park it in my spot so he can wash and vacuum his car in my spot!!! i wish i told him here is 12 bucks go get it wash its on me....

its so sad that the City if filled with people who dont have any education at all.

You're much nicer than me. I would have done the waiting game with A-hole #1 (he would have lost). And I would have blocked A-hole #2 in with my own car and told him I'll move it when I'm good and ready. Trust me - I've done this and it works like a charm as they'll never take your space again.

I know life is too short to further a stressful situation. But it's also too short to enable people that act in a non-civil way.

Live in the Monterey Bay area so pretty happy with the weather, close to the beach, Carmel, Monterey, Santa Cruz, great watch shops like Fourtanes, Hesselbeins and Chatel. Little over an hour from San Francisco and just a few hours from Tahoe. To the south San Luis Obipo and the Paso area (love zinfandel and its the place for great zin) Like where i live!

I always think to myself if I had enough money I would be away from here, If it was up to my wife we would be USA bound tomorrow bags packed, but like you say the grass ain't always greener. Although got to be better than a place full of wan-a-be gangsters if you know what I mean

If I could find a job and convince the wife, I would be out there in a heartbeat. There are only so many 115 degree AZ days one can take. After 10 years, I'm reaching my limit.

Absolutely love it where I live. I live on a lake with 650 miles of coast line. I live away from everything but I am a 20 minute drive to anything I need. Low cost of living. 2 hours to the beach, 2 hours to the mountains. An hour to Charlotte, 4 hours to Atlanta, 5 hours to Florida. Just about perfect.

However, I grew up in Virginia Beach which is a transient, tourist filled sess pool which I HATED. People are rude, the cost of living is high as well as crime. Not a good place to raise a family. To top it off, the beach SUCKS. I will never understand why anyone wants to live a big city.

Yip... Sick to the eye-teeth of where I live.

I live on a farm (that's the good bit) but the ground just gets wetter every year, it's harder and harder to keep condition on the stock and it's in the middle of nowhere so, while I used to see that as a plus, now that diesel is £1.45 a LITRE I'm struggling to make ends meet...
With 30-some horses I can't just up sticks so just got to keep my head down and hope things turn around or something better comes along.

I want to move to a place where most of the people are educated... Here in LA is it easy to identify the problem... This is the heart of illegal immigration from all sorts of races... what is bad is that those people are the ones who think they own the town. They think might makes might and its driving me sick...

Depends. I am almost out of Georgia. While my quaint little southern town is a nice place to live, now that I am single again there is nothing to do or anywhere to eat. I also would have never moved down here if it wasnt for the ex (I moved here from midtown manhattan).

Meanwhile I have another place in Tampa, and as positive as I could be, I found that place to be truly awful. Totally decentralized, filled with red necks, they actually run freight trains through the middle of their downtown (where I live). I must admit that I have never seen that outside of the third world. Across the bay in saint pete, it feels like youre in a michigan time warp. I hate this place. Fortunately for me, I'll be completely out of GA and Tampa by the end of March.

Plano, Texas came in second, also with an A+ rating; Raleigh, N.C., Burlington, Vt., and Seattle, Wash. followed. Major metropolis New York City received a C- at number 54, with Chicago behind it at 55. Los Angeles fell short of the top 50, at number 67.

I live in a nearly 300 year cottage in a small village in North Yorkshire, I couldn't be more happier or as lucky.

I really like my neighborhood, proximity to good shopping/arts/culture districts and restaurants, my husband's ability to maximize his income potential, and the relatively light traffic. Cost of living's not too high, either. For the state as a whole, I dislike the closed-mindedness, good-old-boy politics, and low indexes of health/wellness and quality of public education.

Where else would I go? Don't know. I'm happy enough here.

Alfredo, My friend, I hear you. Please don't be offended, but I absolutely HATE your city. I apologize profusely to you personally sir, but I understand everything you are saying about that.... place. I couldn't agree more. The people are nasty, mostly illegals, (and I am not biased against Latnos, I used to live in Mexico for GOD's sake, Alfredo is right, they are from ALL over and they think they own the city), rude, the traffic is worse then Mexico city; I could go on for a couple hours. I completely understand everyhing you are saying Alfredo, if you move, I wish you peace and a happier life

Yes. There is little to nothing that interests me where I live. No AD's, nothing high end, cheap crap, rednecks and hicks. No one understands good quality things. If I mention Rolex, they say overpriced crap quality watches. And I'm sitting there like??? I rarely ever spot Rolex's. The people have nothing in common, because they are not exposed to higher end things, or amazing music, music producer by muscians; not auto-tuned people who just woke up.

But there are things where I live that I only appreciate as a teenager.
