GMT-II Quation
Hello all,
I just bought my FIRST Rolex last week!! A GMT-II full black bezel insert I love it very much and wearing it everyday! I have one question, hope you guys can give me some tips/advice! How can I make use of the bezel to shown the 3rd timezone? Malaysia is my home town but I alway travel to UK due to work requirement. And, UK is 7 hours behind Malaysia. Let say now is 11am UK time, i have the short hour hand pointed at 11 and then the red GMT hour hand pointed at 18 (I have the red hand to show Malaysia time). If i want to show New York time by using the bezel (5 hours behind UK?), how can i achieve it? Thank you in advice and hope to hear from you guys soon |

Click the Bezel clockwise 12 hours to the right (60 clicks) then the red 24 hour hand will show New York Time while you are in UK.
When you are in Malaysia, if you have the Red 24 Hour hand set to UK Time, then click 25 times to the right (5 hours) to show New York Time. Hope that helps. Now the above is assuming you have the old style 16710 GMT. If you have the newer style Ceramic Bezel version, 116710, then you just need one click per hour. |
