okay - last question for the day

my watchmaker that found the two blue bezels in rolex's inventory - found some NOS tritium pearls and i bought em

curious what the value on these is - he sent me a pix and there's no patina that i can see

i paid $150 for one with some brown patina to it last year, but have seen em in the $200 range since (with patina)

am i out of line at $150?

Larry, I don't think that's unreasonable at all. The dang little things are worth more than gold! :-)

Whatever you do, don't drop them on a carpet!

Cheers!

I'd pay $150 if I wanted/needed one for sure.

tks......

when the one i bought last year came and i had to use a loupe to see it clearly (i'm 62 and eyes ain't what they used to be) i actually called the wife over to tell her "honey, look what we got for $150" - she could see it so i told it was the large grain of sand next to the dust spec
