Gold Champagne dial with Diamonds. I have it check it out and it looks original to several experts.
29 mm case Diameter. Lady size
330 Feet / 100 meters water resistant.
Case and Bracelet 18 Kt Gold.

Includes Original Rolex President Lady Inner and Outer boxes, Red tag, Polishing cloth, Service and Instruction booklets.

Good Bracelet with some stretch normal for the age, will fit easy an 7" wrist size.
Sapphire Crystal, has nicks on the edge and a scratch, noticeable under a 10 times magnifying glass.
Good condition.
Keeps good time.
