Sending just the case in to RSC...

It's about that time for the ole 14060M. I wear this one on a leather strap, and have no reason/desire to send the original bracelet in. My question is, is it acceptable to send just the case in since all I'm really wanting is a bezel replacement/polish/oil/and pressure check?

My concern is that when I get the invoice there will be a "new" steel bracelet on the itemized invoice...

Thanks in advance for the help

To be doubly sure, have you rung the RSC and asked them directly?

its no problem.
thats the only way i do it.

they will just make a note on your receipt that it was watch only & no bracelet

however after the less than satisfactory work from RSC, i have considerd removing the bezel as well ... 2 reasons:
they may not have matching insert replacements (diff blue/ not tritium)
and they have an obsession with rounding out the edges on the bezel … why?

They do not simply put parts on and bill you for them.. They send you an itemized estimate first.. You have to approve each item before they do the work..

Now, if you send it in through an AD, they won't talk to you, only the AD (as your agent), so you need to make sure that your Dealer doesn't OK things you don't want..
