Gold Day-Date.
Crap.... I dented a lug---
Should I get a Jeweler to polish it or fill it with gold. Anyone had this issue and fixed it?

Shoot a pic if possible. My watchmaker would fill up the dent and polish it . . . But it depends on the condition of the complete bracelet otherwise it might have to be polished completely . . . HAGONe |

You could also wait for its next service just in case another ding occurs before then.
