I believe the rolex crowns center is alittle taller, and the sides are shorter like a pyramid lol
and doesn't have those funny looking diamonds ? centered.

besides it says Hong kong's leading bespoke. Should say enough about them.
also says Budget lawl

I mean I don't go all out on suits either but at least canalli was kind enough to get their tailor out from italy
to get me a custom size

I am sure there are many more 'users' of this logo in the world.

Raja have been about for years. They're not bad but not one of the best HK tailors.

I'd say the logo is different enough for them not to get any copyright grief. Also, don't forget that Raja is an Indian term for Monarch or ruler (almost all HK tailors are owned by Indian families) so the crown does make sense.

it would have to be identical to be a rip off... that's just a crown icon

Maybe Rip off was the wrong word, just think it's funny how a like it is to the Rolex crown.

Once upon a time, Rolex were borrowers of a crown, too.

Who's to say Rolex didn't Rip Off some other company way back in the day ?

Trademarked logos go across the same industry. A shoe company can use Golden Arches.

No big deal.

Trademark owners do not acquire the exclusive ownership of just the word in this case say Rolex or a similar brand emblem. They only obtain the right to use the emblem or name in commerce to prevent competitors in the same line of goods like watches or watch services from using a confusingly similar brand mark or name. The same word Rolex or similar emblem can therefore be trademarked by different producers to label different kinds of goods other than wrist watches, watch parts, and watch service related items. And first Rolex would have to prove that there trademark is allegedly being infringed clearly in the picture its not as its a totally different product.
