Help for my future purchase

Hello guys, i need some help as i`m not an expert and i don`t want to purchase a counterfeit Rolex.
I want to buy one of this 2 models :
- Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 116523 , steel+gold, Automatic ,Rolex cal .4130, 44 rubine, gold dial, gold bezel, gold-steel bracelet ( massive, full ) ( first 3 photos below ).
- Rolex Daytona 16520 , steel, safir, cal. 4030 (Zenith), made in 90` years ( last 3 photos below ).
I`m interested, for the first one to know :
- if the dial is original or counterfeit
- any parts or signs that don`t look to be made by Rolex
- what is the market value for this one ( only if 100 % authentic ) ?

For the 2-nd one i`m interested :
- everything looks authentic ?
- what is the market value for this one ( only if 100 % authentic ) ?

Pictures below with both watches.
I`m interested to be 100 % any part Rolex.
Thank you so much.

Both look Ok ,
Buy what you prefer . Different "look"
The 16520 will keep its value better in long run .

Thanks David and RolexSA for your help.
What concerned me was the price, as the cosmograph daytona 116523 price is around 7k, and as i saw other ads with this model sells for around 12k.
Will be a great deal only if i will buy it and sell it immediately for a 4-5k usd profit.
Now that you helped me about the authenticity, i think that i will buy the daytona 116523 untill Christmas and i will decide if i will keep it or make a good profit from him. As the other one, 16520 model is also much less than his market value, but i can't afford to buy both watches togheter at the moment.
I will share pics with you guys after i will make the purchase.

no one is going to sell that daytona two tone for 7k i think, be very cautious, real pics don't guarantee that is the watch you will get in the mail.
