Do you think a rubber strap would look good on my Serti Sub??

I have been kicking around the idea of trying a rubber dive strap on my Serti Sub?? I like the strap to wrap into the case much like my the rubber strap on a Planet Ocean.
So what do you think?? Can it be pulled off or is it too dressy??

I don't think it would suit it very well. Diamonds and rubber

After 14 years, I am so use to its look, I can't see with fresh eyes. I don't want to put a mustache on the Mona Lisa if it's perfect as is.

I know what you mean. Maybe you should put a rubber band on it, and wear it for a week. Then you be able to once again appreciate just how good it looks when you put the bracelet back on.

Yeah it's like being married to a supermodel. After a few years, your still gonna find your self bitching about the eggs being burnt at the breakfast table.

I have taken it diving often over the years.
The rubber strap idea was just to mix up the look if it didn't look out of place on it. I just cant visualize the watch any other way than as it is.

It might look good on rubber, but better on leather. I think it is worth a try, but I think you will have it back on the oyster in no time. In the end nothing beats that oyster bracelet.
