Watch Modification Question

I really like the look of http://www.ebay.com/itm/170974872855?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p398 4.m1438.l2649

If I were to go and modify a dial like this and pop it into a watch, what would that do to the value of the watch? Would it increase at all because now it has diamonds? Would it plummet because it's no longer factory? I'd assume RSC won't touch it.

Thanks

Was on the tablet at the time and I hate the keyboard, so gave a honest quick reply and to the point answer.
