You can't really go wrong with either one so long as you get it because you truly like the way it looks. A Yachtmaster is a blinged out Sub... They function identically although the YM is not depth rated and the bezel is a bit more exotic... Dots are a little bigger, minute hand a bit fatter.

Both are nice watches, but with diferences in price points, history, depth rating. The Sub is more of a "tool" watch, even though it goes well with different attires, from wet suit to black suit. The YM is more bling, expensive with platinum bezel and dial, but versatile as well. If you dive, it would make a difference to get the Sub. If not, get whatever smiles to you more.
BTW, congrats on your new Rollies. The GMT is a real treat! |

Congrats on the new GMT. As far as the Yachty or Sub try both on and see which one you like best. Either choice would be right.
