Factory Dial - Authentication Needed

Hello, I'm looking at a 1998 collection datejust with model # 16234. I have seen this dial on a newer datejust, and not sure with this exact dial for model # 16234. If it's a factory dial with diamond markers, or it's an aftermarket dial.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

impossible to tell from that one shot, you need to see the setting of the diamonds and the surface of the dial in detail, those diamonds don't seem to have much sparkle or clarity but that could be the lighting, i would be cautious.
