Any opinion about RGM for Sinn Service?
I sent my EZM 3 in for service to RGM. It's the first time I've used them and so far I haven't been to impressed with their customer service. Anyone had any experience? I'm trying to be patient.

I've followed Roland Murphy's career and he seems to be the real deal within the US. His company, RGM, is the US authorized service center for some big name Swiss brands. I cannot speak for RGM's customer service, but I guessing you're dealing with a smaller operation that spends more time attending to the building/repairing of watches than they do responding to emails. I'm not excusing such poor customer service, but offering a simple explanation of what is most likely occurring.
