To the Admins:

Over the past few days when I get a PM from a member or a Mod, I am not getting an email notifying me. I double checked my settings and I do still have the box checked to receive an email notification. I also am not seeing anything in my email spam folder. Any clue if this is a known issue?

If you guys are using COMCAST there could be a problem with your account.

Hi Peter

I'm using Outlook (ex-Hotmail)
I've checked my junk/block filters, etc and all seems to be fine
Address maximprolink@yahoo.com.au is in my safe list

If all looks fine at your end I can try raising the issue with Outlook support

Send a test PM to me and note the time sent in this thread.

I'll do the same by return.

Also, specify your email provider.

Mine is aol.co.uk.

Hey Paul. FYI, as you know I am using an @hotmail.com address as well. Nothing showing in my Spam folder.

It might be a hotmail thing. Not sayin' that hotmail are gobbling them up necessarily.

They may be getting binned after leaving our server.

Our server manager is a busy guy. Hopefully we will be able to cast a little more light on it in due course.

Just fyi, Microsoft's response to me was...

"...if you are receiving emails regularly from other contacts it is safe to say that your account is working fine and all you can do right now for that @yahoo.com.au account is to add him/her in your safe senders list which you already did. Most likely, the issue is on the sender's end so the best course of action here is to let your sender know to contact his domain support to alleviate this issue."
