Depend on age and condition of the two. Daytona re-sells for higher prices than even NIB GMT. Look at the classifieds section. If you trade Daytona for GMT you should get also some cash.

I think I would do either side of the trade depending on what I want:) GMT II is a beauty but Daytona is a classic too! In terms of value, Daytona just edges the GMT slightly... imho

GMT TT 116713 is one of the best looking two tone watches in the Rolex line up in my opinion. I say go for it if that is what you want.

If I could only have one, I'd have the GMT. That said, I wouldn't trade or sell my Daytona black dial. I have a 16710 with Coke, and tomorrow I should be going to my AD to get a freshly delivered YG GMT IIc green dial!!

It would seem to me that the gmt2ctt should be coming with a little bit of cash but seems pretty close. Personally I would not do it as I'm not a two-tone fan.

Daytona for me. Looks like the responses are about 50/50. You need to decide but do some research on the value of both based on condition and try to make a fair decision based on that. A SS Daytona in most cases is worth more then a C TT GMT even though the retail is higher on the GMT.

Daytona. Gmtiic TT is worth less.

This is much less about which is preferred rather which is worth more.

I'd stick w Daytona.

Daytona hands down and I own both, also resale values of the TT GMTc are less then the Daytona.
