PRICE REDUCED Rolex Daytona 116520 V Serial SS Rare OEM Arabic Racing Dial 100% B&P
Formula 1 starts March 14 - here's the watch you'll want on your wrist!!
FS: Rolex Daytona Cosmograph Chronometer ref. 116520 in stainless steel with the very rare OEM Arabic Slate Grey Racing Dial with red chrono hands normally found only in white gold Daytonas. Watch case, crystal, and bezel are in TZ mint condition - no issues at all. The 78590 bracelet is TZ excellent+ due to some desk-diving marks on the clasp and a few hairlines scattered about on the polished portion of the bracelet from normal wear. The bracelet has all 12 links with no measurable stretch, and the clasp works perfectly. This is a V serial (2008-2010 production) so it has the “modern” Daytona case with the serial number engraved on the rehaut. And the modern 78590 bracelet is beefier and adds both performance and presence to the watch. The previous owner worked at a Rolex AD, purchased the upgraded dial through their account, and had their master watchmaker perform the dial change from the standard white Daytona index dial to the OEM Slate Arabic Racing Dial. This dial alone can be found listed on watch forums for $2,000-3,000. Complete set of original boxes and papers as from the AD including specifically the following: outer sleeve, outer box, inner box, hang tags, bezel protector, all manuals, manual/card portfolio, and polishing cloth. The original white index dial is not included. The watch is running extremely accurately and well within COSC specs. Chrono functions work perfectly and zero-up correctly. The Slate Grey Racing Dial is absolutely stunning - the pictures don't do it justice - and there would be few, if any, stainless steel Daytonas anywhere with this dial. This watch really stands out from Daytona after Daytona you see with the index dials. REDUCED Asking $11,650 USD including shipping in the CONUS. Payment by bank wire transfer. I will consider shipping internationally on a case-by-case basis - feel free to contact me. I have numerous references here and on multiple watch forums - I may ask for yours if I don't know you. Questions and reasonable offers welcome via PM or at thomas dot ciesielski at gmail dot com (no spaces). Thanks for looking |
