Nathaniel, I'll be sending you my scuffed up crystals shortly.

Very nice gesture on Clay's part.

Ah, one of the great pleasures in the hobby. A simple task that makes a vintage watch sparkle. Enjoy!

Sounds good Ky, as long as they're still attached to a watch. It may take me sometime to get through them all.

Can someone educate me?
What is Polywatch and it's benefits?

Thanks for the info.
I had suspected that's what it was, wanted to confirm.

I can't wait to see the results. However, I would think it would be hard to improve on that 1665.

Before and After my first attempts @ Polywatch

I use Polywatch and Meguiar's PlastX Auto Polish

I have followed up with using Microfiber cloths, and more recently using paper towels (based on recommendation here) to apply the polish with good results. Always start light and spend more time when doing something new rather than so hard you make it worse.

Thumb cramps ;)

The first time was the worst as it needed the most work. Periodic cleanings after require little work.

Even the bezel looks bluer and I can see it took you 3hrs 20minutes.

(just kidding) nice result.
