Opinion on '67 5513 - gilt or non-gilt?

Dear all,
Still on the look out for a decent 5513 at a sensible price...what are people's opinions on this little fellow, purporting to have a 1.7xx serial number, dating from '65-'66, but to have been "cased up in '67", hence the caseback dating. Did this even ever happen?
It looks like the lume is a little broken in parts, and rubbed off in others, but I can't quite tell if it's a gilt dial or not...it would be very (very) late if so, from what I've been led to believe, but it looks like it. The serial number would be very helpful... i'm try to procure a picture. It clearly has a replaced triplock crown in any case.
I could have it, I believe, without a bracelet, for £4k ($6.5k).
Would anyone have opinions on it's merit outright, and at that price?
Many thanks,
John

I don't believe it is, looks very similar to the white print on my '68 5513.

It does not appear to be gilt to me. Replacement pearl, not a big deal. Insert and hands look right. Can't tell with these pics lug condition. 6.5 is high. Shave a g off that being that everything checks out

Serial no,. dates it to 1967 so definitely not gilt, I think there are better examples around.

Not a gilt dial, but a nice matte example if you can get it for the right price. The price you were offered seems a bit high for a head only.

Like above...
It's a meters first matte dial. The white paint underneath and surrounding each tritium hour plot has me scratching my head.

Pictures are poor, however the dial looks to have been relumed, thus being able to see the white paint underneath the lume. Also, the lume texture and placement is not very typical of the period.

Was going to mention the plots too, but didn't want to go too far down the rabbit hole. Odd indeed.

I was being polite.
For sure when you see that on a matte dial, it is a huge red flag.

Dial looks like it's been in and out out of that case a few times!! Print looks good, possible re-lume? A lot of meat removed from the front of the lugs. Personally I'd keep looking

I think £3 - 3.5K is a more realistic price head only, but the lume has me worried

Must admit I was going to have a bid on this till I noticed the lume and the minute markers at 10 min.
