Nice choice JJ. My preference would be a white roman dial one.
What's the MSRP on that beauty?

JMHO but... don't care for the concentric dial rings nor the arabics. Beautiful, yes but cluttered. Oh yeah... lose the bling-ring. At least they have gone to 41mm on the DD-II to keep JJ happy...

I don't understand why everybody is so anti bling.
Class and bling ARE ok. In fact, by most, its preferred. |

Love the watch JJ!! Excellent decision.
My choice besides yours of course is the Platunim DD II with the blue glacier dial with the blue hands. I just loooove those blue hands!! That is an excellent design!!!! I was so blown away when I saw it for the first time.

I'm not anti-bling. But i also dont like too much attention. I find that diamonds and gold catches the attention of a woman quite eazy. so Bling aint a bad thing considering that some pieces stand out as symbols of wealth.

Tastefully done, I still love it! I have seen pics of the dials without the concentric rings, and I may like them even better. A winner!!!

Class and bling are often mutually exclusive. There are many people who drape themselves with "bling" who lack anything remotely resembling class and vice versa.

JJ,
Although the price would make it prohibitive that DD is the only new model that even comes close to being aesthetically pleasing. dP

That is a work of art. Very tasteful, elegant yet strong. A bit busy with the concentric dials, but overall it works nicely. I like the arabic numbers. My choice would be a black face for more contrast.

Great pick,JJ! I love a DD YG with white or gold dial and 1) roman numerals 2)
arabic numerals. I think the only thing you and I may disagree on is the way we wear our hair. |
