5513 3.23 mil - meters first Question

Below is a 5513 that I am interested in
Issue is that I am confused, I have investigated the 5513 and discovered the following:

1960-66 (meters first - GILTS including the "Bart Simpson" used to discribe the Crown)
1967-69 (meters first (in white)
1970-1973 (the start of the feet firsts)
1973-83 (the Maxi dials (feet first) of which I think there are 5 known favours)
1984-90 (the glossy dials)

This is being represented as a 5513 3.23Mil year 1973.
Can someone confirm that this could be an original meters first with this serial and year?

I am hoping to contact the seller tomorrow for additional photos etc.

Thanks in advance

A 3.2 mil watch shouldn't be meters first

Replaced dial. Brick and mortar in Brussels (who should know better....): click .

And this what they say on their site:

That dial was not born in that case. Also, from the angle of the photo looks like the lume plots have been washed.

Have the jeweler confirm the serial number; could be off by 1 million...

Nice insert with a FF kissing 4.....

Don't give up just yet....but the ser # doesn't match as described...

I think around 1969/70. My meters first is just over 2.0mil, and that was made in 1968.
