Hello from Houston!

Well - I finally saw this forum, I was wondering where to make an intro post!

So brand new to Rolexs. I've had a couple of Omegas and a Breitling before. Nothing permanent and nothing I really fell in love with. The only watch that I adore is the Cartier Tank my wife gave me when we got engaged...ton of sentimental value.

Looking to get my first Rolex now! I've bee visiting various ADs, both in town, on vacation, etc., and I think I've narrowed it down to a a SubC or a GMTIIc...and heavily leaning SubC to start.

Loving all the information here and will hopefully be able to get my watch from a trusted seller here on TRF!

WELCOME. Either Rolex is a wonderful start. Make sure and try them both on and get opinions, as well as your own sense of what fits your lifestyle best. There is no wrong choice between the two.
