Fake (or badly redone) dial, wrong (probably fake) hands at least. Case and crystal look off too but that may be the dial and hands getting to me. Any thoughts?

Just fake dial and hands, i've seen it done a few times on 6424s, more often done on 5500's and 1002's. Too bad they destroyed a perfectly good 6424
