Vanessa from Jewelers On Time Servicing my watch

Hi folks,

Dropped off my 11year old Sub Date with Vanessa today; great little shop. My first impression walking in was seeing the watch techs servicing/working on watches. I was able to see Vanessa hard at work on a piece. It was great meeting her.

I mentioned to her my watch runs about 8-10 seconds fast per day, asked her about the service it was to receive, and other questions which she patiently answered. She stated she would get the accuracy tighter than CSOC specs which made me giggle!

I mentioned to her my watch hadn't been serviced ever. She did a quick prelim inspection and stated it wound great, looked great when she opened it, and overall condition of my watch was in excellent shape for an 11year old watch.

Here is a bad before shot (sorry). I'll post some after pics. She mentioned 2-3 week turn-around time.

I'm headed to JOT in the morning, with a handful of pieces for servicing. Hope to meet Vanessa while I'm there.

btw, do I see 3 generations in that photo? nice.

Yes. The pic is cropped as it's of my dad, my 2yr-old, and I. The only reason the Rolex came out was I was caressing my dad's hand as he wasn't doing too well. We spent the morning hanging by his favorite spot, front yard of his house by his lemon tree.

Btw, she is scheduled to be there tomorrow.
