Sub Anniversary 16610LV Bezel Swap to Black

Just thinking out loud, I like the Maxi Dial, I don't care for green bezel, so if I buy a 16610LV and have the bezel replaced with black, I now have a Submariner Maxi Dial with black bezel with the more traditional case dimension.

Is this a sacrilege ?

I don't really care for the green bezels, so I would likely change mine if I had one, just to go out in public..

I bought a replacement bezel with black insert for my LV.

I haven't tried it on yet.

I did sit it on top for a pix but it wouldn't stay there.

I need some doubles sided tape?

I have the 16610LV and purchased the black insert, currently installed. Like them both.

Many have switched the 16610LV green bezel insert to black...it's a really nice look!

This is the most stealthy mod one can have, I thought to keep it secret myself.
When I do mine, I will also change out the date wheel to green.
