Has anyone used the Watch Buyer's Group to service their Rolex with good results? How was the service ? Can anyone recommend service in NYC other than RSC ?

They have a 3 week turnaround and $395 complete service including polishing, all with oem Rolex parts. Does anyone know what NYRSC charges for full service nowadays?

I have used them twice now and have been very pleased both times with communication, service, turnaround(2.5 to 3 weeks) and quality of workmanship. Keep in mind the $395 is no parts replacement. I was out for under $600 both times with parts. One needed a new mainspring and I replaced the bezel insert and kept the original(one of the selling features for me as Rolex won't let you keep parts}. The other actually was broke and needed a few replacement parts to make her right. I will continue to use and recommend them, feel like I have two new watches.

Just sent wifeys midsize yachtmaster to them today. The rotor is making a noise. They pick up the phone right away and the free shipping and insurance is really nice too. Hopefully the service goes just as well.
