Has anyone dealt with this company before?

They specialise in customising watches by "icing them out" however they also stock quite a few unmodified watches as a typical grey dealer. They have a watch I have been looking to buy.

I have read mixed reviews on the internet but not sure how reliable each of the sources were. I am wondering if anyone here has dealt with them.
