FS: Rolex GMT Master II 16710 w/ 3186 movement (Full Set - Mint)
NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION
This GMT Master II was purchased new here in the USA in 2008. It was one of the last of its kind made before Rolex switched the the bigger model with ceramic bezel (too big for my tastes). It was part of a brief run of transitional watches that received the new 3186 movement, making it a very rare watch. So rare in fact that I rarely wore it. (It didn't help that I already own a wonderful 16750 that is one of my favorite watches.) It is in truly mint condition. The only signs of use at all are some very small marks on he clasp (see arrows in photos). It has been worn less than 10 times, but wound every month to keep the oils flowing. This watch has always been a special timekeeper and, though I cannot of course guarantee timekeeping accuracy, last time I checked it was running spot on as shown in the Timegrapher; +/- 0 seconds per day with great amplitude. The watch comes with everything it came with new - inner and outer boxes, brochures, warranty card, hang tag, even the plastic bezel protector. Everything is of course 100% authentic Rolex. I have an entire gallery of photos of the watch in high resolution available here: https://theging.smugmug.com/ForSale/...ter-II/n-qKR6z Please view all of the photos as they best describe the condition of the watch and are incorporated as part of this description. PRICE: $9,000 USD FIRM TERMS OF SALE: FEDEX overnight shipping to any address in the USA - insured for full value - is $75. Local pickup in San Francisco is welcomed. Wire transfer or cash (for local pickup) only. No paypal. No trades. References available. The buyer has an inspection period of 48 hours during which the watch is returnable for a full refund if it is not materially as described. Please contact me via PM if interested. Please include your phone number if you are serious and I will call you to discuss further. SELECT PHOTOS: (see link above for full set) |

Last chance on this watch. Price slashed to a crazy-low $8,500 firm.
