Is there a clear (sapphire) case back that's made for this watch or is there one that's a lower profile? I like this watch except that it's a bit thick. I was wondering if a narrower case back could be installed to reduce the overall thickness.

I searched online and on this forum, but no luck.

For what it's worth-- I have a brand new sapphire caseback for the mark ii that I'm planning to sell. Contact me if anyone is interested.
