Printing/painting dial script
I've searched and searched to no avail about how or if this is even possible without creating a mess. Let's just say I wanted to have the color of a word on my dial changed without going through a bespoke type company where one is paying to have just about every feature personalized. I don't want a lot of stuff painted and it would be a waste just for one or two words to be painted/printed to match a date wheel.
I've seen others mention having their date wheel painted and can imagine that would be a very tedious chore and having even smaller script painted I can only assume would be even more of a chore. I'm currently leaning towards a roulette wheel or red wheel right now but if can find out if having the wheel/dial painted is possible I might change my mind. To some this type of stuff is a touchy subject and I respect your views but for those of us that like personalization it's a great way to have our one of a kind piece that's made from 100% Rolex parts (except exhibition case backs for those of us that just have to add them lol). Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. Even some links to where I might find my answers since I could have searched for hours upon hours using the wrong key words. Thanks for your time! |
