Oyster Perpetual 36 Grape lume question

I'm getting ready to buy my g/f one of the Oyster Perpetual models, and have decided on the 36mm, grape dial. She can easily pull off the 39mm, but I thought the 36mm would be a better choice for everyday wear. A Datejust was also a thought, but she works in an education/technical environment and the brushed finish and more understated style of the OP is just a better fit as a daily watch. It appears that the hour indices on the OP 36 all have lume, whereas the 39 appears to only have lume at 3-6-9. Is this correct?

Does anyone with an OP 36 have any comments on the watch, and more specifically the Grape dial?

Thanks!

You are correct and that's why I prefer that 36 over the 39.

My wife loves hers too.

I really like all of the dials on this series. One of the things I love about my blue Milgauss is that the dial is always changing tone and color, and I see that these are very similar. I would probably opt for the Rhodium 39 for myself, but I've pretty much decided on the Grape 36 for her.

You might look at the White Grape. It looks more brown then gold at most angles

Since she far prefers red wines to whites I'm sticking with the dark grape dial!

I was impressed with the 36mm grape dial. Always changing color at different angles. Also, the double hash markers at 3,6 & 9 (wish the 39mm had this feature).
