What straps should I get for my GMT II Root Beer?
Currently in the market to fashion up my watch. Hoping I can get some great recommendations.

I've had a number of leather straps on my TT sub and TT GMT. More recently I like the "rally" strap look. This one is an inexpensive strap and come in many colors. The trick is matching the right color strap with the "rootbeer" face. My dial has a reddish tone to it.

I haven't tried mine on a NATO because, for me, the two tone doesn't really work with that type of strap.
I would second the suggestion above that brown leather straps are worth considering. Out of the two options pictured below, the chocolate suede strap gets more wear than the glossy brown one. I think the chocolate suede matches the matte brown dial beautifully. Hope you find something that suits you. |

I'm currently wearing mine on a natural shell cordovan strap from Hodinkee. I think it compliments the dial nicely and I find it comfortable. I also wear it on a green Venezia strap from Colareb, and in the summer, on a green Hirsch natural rubber strap, and various natos. |
