Only 1 watch in the next 2 years....

Ugh. It is so hard to choose. I know that the next two years are going to be costly for me and I'm guessing I'll only be able to get one more nice watch (<6K) for at least two years. What expenses you ask? Most likely a ring, a wedding, maybe a bigger house, kids, etc., etc., etc.

Knowing that I'll only get the one nice watch in the next couple years is driving me crazy! I can't decide on what to get. Keep going between two brands (Rolex and another) keep going between models, *argh*. I'm just a greedy bastard that want them all.

Get what you want......

If you get the new bride something, it won't be the right one....and the kids can grow up and get their own stuff.......

That's the problem. I don't know what I want. Now, if I could pick three, that would be ez.

Tough decision. If it were me, it would be one that is versatile and I could be worn everyday. Good luck on your future plans. It's a big step but well worth it for the right woman. Keep us posted.

Buy a cheap ring, get married at a local bar, and send your kids down the mine. Enjoy your watches.

Now, if you eliminate the bride to be all the other expenses go away and you can buy lots of watches. Just another viewpoint.

Not sure if you were looking for empathy or advice.

If it was advice, let us know what you own now, how you wear them (work, etc).

I'd say you have to buy something before you get too far down the road, otherwise you risk the wifey, and possibly you too, finding a "better" use for the money.

GREAT POINT!

Possibly finding a better use. Better use it now!

Think I know what I want to get also. Need to decide quick! Think Toph will approve!

Went to an AD at Lunch and the Rolex Rep Was There!
