When I first got them in the mail I thought "uh oh" because they looked so small. Then I got them to my watchmaker and we tried them. I figured what the heck. Let's leave them on there. The hands all hit the dial in just the right spots. But it does look a little "sparse" on the dial now. I am sure I will get used to it.

Also, when the snowflake hands got put in the little glass "pill" they look a lot smaller then when they were on the dial.

The only reason I haven't scored a BB yet is because of the OEM stock hands, don't care for 'em. That fix looks damn fine . . .

One of these Black Bays is not like the others....

2 quick iPhone photos taken in my home made (5 minutes) light box.

The minute hand comes almost right to the inside edge of the 3-6-9-12 indices. And the minute hand almost right to the outside of the hour markers, same with the lollipop second hand. The lume is almost spot on. Let's see how it ages.

Interesting mod. I like it...I actually think the snowflake looks best with square plots and the mercedes with round plots.

Don't know that they will fit on a 2824 ETA. I figured I would stick with Tudor sub hands.

They are not Rolex hands. They were advertised as for a Tudor sub ETA

That is what I always thought with this particular watch. And I did see gilt hands for the red and black BB but I just didn't want to mess with the black and didn't want to take the chance of a mismatch of the gilt color.

I think appropriately sized Mercedes hands could look really good, but these just look way too small on the watch IMO.
