Wonder Invest, trusted seller?
I recently bought a panerai ceramic 8 days, PAM384 with this company in Poland. They also have a shop (?) in Kiev. According to Chrono24 this company is a trusted seller but I seriously doubt if they deserve this title. The selling part went really good, fast, proactive and I received the invoice whithin 1 hour. I asked them to send the watch (from Poland) for next day arrival. No problem according to Wonder Invest so the money was on his account January 4. After that he became really quit. On Monday he "popped up" again and mentioned that he couldn't send the watch earlier then today because of the holiday-season! So they can find time to make an invoice and collect the money but they can't send an expensive watch. Again I asked him if I would receive it the next day. "No problem". Now it's January 14 and I'm still waiting for it. They sent the watch by normal post from Poland to Holland. Unbelieveable! The excuse from Wonder Invest; I promised 2-6 workingdays. I checked several times with the Dutch Post but they garantee before January 19 (!) 15 days after Wonder Invest received my money on the account.
I contacted chrono24 a couple of times but they can't do to much. Personally I think this company shouldn't be a trusted seller. Complaints to Wonder Invest why they handled it like this are answered really short and without any sympathy.Aftersales is "not their strongest point". For sure I will never ever buy another watch from them. Meanwhile I keep waiting for my new Panerai..... |

This is why I don't use chrono 24. They are a breeding ground for theft.

Posting delays are a fact of life, sadly. Most are very "fast" on getting your money, once you money is in their account they're not that fast anymore.
It's what differentiates good from less good sellers. However, I'm not so sure, but the Poles take their religious holidays seriously, so it can be that post offices etc has been closed for business.

Religious or not, if you can make an invoice and collect money you can also find a proper courier like fedex or ups instead of polish post

I'd suggest getting it authenticated as soon as it arrives.

They're probably just selling watches that they don't have yet. That makes them dependent on others getting it to them in a timely manner, and at the price they expect, which obviously didn't happen.
If they have a longstanding and good reputation I wouldn't lose any sleep over it yet, though I wouldn't buy from them after reading this. Even if it comes as they say, it's not what you discussed. So they violated the terms of the deal. Good luck.
