FS: Black/Gold Submariner 16613

Dear Friends,

I have been a long-time lurker on this site and greatly appreciate the community it fosters and the service it provides us all! I have purchased 3 watches on this site but now it is time to try and sell one.

Offered for sale is my gold & black, two-tone Submariner, reference # 16613, style # R16613N30B9325. This is an F serial number, 2004 Production year. I have owned this watch since 2010 and know the original owner. I do not believe this watch has ever been polished, serviced, etc. It has been kept in a watch winder when not worn, which has been very infrequently. I truly estimate that I have worn it less than 20 times, with the last time being on April 30th, 2016 (my wedding day). It has the standard number of links and keeps time as expected.

The watch is in excellent condition. The face is pretty much perfect. The band shows some very minor wear. In my opinion the pictures highlight every minor imperfection. I took multiple pictures using several different lighting conditions. Apologies if my mediocre photography skills don’t highlight how nice this watch really is. Kudos to those of you who have the talent to take really good pictures, this is the best of about 100 pictures through my digital SLR. If anyone would like more pics please let me know. In any event, I’m confident that the purchaser will be pleased with the condition of this watch.

The watch will come with (what I believe) to be everything that comes with a new purchase. Inner and outer boxes, hangtag, anchor, completed warranty card, original price tag, all paperwork, and even the original sticker from the back of the watch that has 16613 imprinted on it.

I realize that buying an expensive item from a stranger on the internet is a very nerve-racking experience potentially fraught with peril. I have been there myself! I want to make prospective buyers as comfortable as possible, especially considering my lack of history on here. To that end I am offering the following options:

- Voice Verify (of course). I work for a fairly well-known organization and willing to voice-verify via my work phone.
- I welcome a face-to-face deal within a several hour drive of Philadelphia.
- I have included a picture of the appraisal of this watch. I will include this document in the sale.
- For serious buyers, I will provide a copy of my insurance rider for this watch.
- My insurance agent is willing to voice-verify that this watch is included on my homeowners rider.
- I have bought and sold over $100,000 worth of items from another similar (non-watch) website where I am well known. References available.
- Anything else you can think of that would make you more comfortable purchasing from me.

I am asking $7000.00 for this watch. This includes overnight shipping and insurance. I can accept a bank wire. I will also take paypal. Other funding sources can be negotiated. If the buyer is not completely satisfied with this watch I will accept a return within 72 hours for a full refund. Buyer pays overnight shipping and insurance back.

Please PM me with any questions or concerns. I’m willing to do voice/email/txt with prospective buyers.

I appreciate everyone looking at my ad,
-dave

I have taken some additional pictures as requested. Please PM me and I will gladly PM, email, or text additional pictures. Question that have been asked and answers posed:
1. Factory # of links. 12 if I am counting correctly.
2. Very minimal stretch of the band.
3. Reasonable offers considered.
