If price is not an issue, you may try to source a sub bracelets together with end link from an AD. I've read someone in this forum had done it.

There was a time when individuals wanted their tritium replaced with modern lume, those watches are not desireable now. Just sayin'

I say go for it. Looks much better. In fact I only wore my blnr on a glidelock bracelet. Sold it a year later and the PCLs bracelet was still fully stickered.

Can't comment on the original question, but can say I've worn my BLNR on a brushed bracelet (I have the original PCL and a second one I had brushed) 90% of the time.

However, lately I've left it on the PCLs...I think wearing the 116500 has softened me on my view of PCL bracelets. But I do like having the option to go back and forth

Except of course that it's nothing like that. It would be like buying a Ferrari with OEM chrome wheels and getting them brushed.

Put it on a sub bracelet. That's what I did with mine and it also has the added bonus of giving you the glidelock as well.

I too would rather just get a sub bracelet and get glide lock as a bonus.

I'd buy a 114060 and just use the bracelet. You could even throw the Sub on a rubber everest.

If you get sick of the sub and/or brushed bracelet on your GMT, just sell the sub. You might take a small hit if you sell the sub, but the value you'd lose in brushing your original GMT bracelet will make up the hit you take on the sale of the sub. If you buy and sell right, it shouldn't be an issue however.

It is very easy to polish center links back to spec and without hurting bracelet at all. I have seen it done plenty of times and from LAWW too so no big deal! You would never even know believe me.

Indeed, as I did with mine. You would never have known they'd been brushed in the first place. It cost me slightly more to return to PCL but still cheap.

Brushing PCL's - SoCal recommendations

Got my bracelet back within a week from LA Watchworks... I love it! They did a great job! Recommend! Sorry for the lack of creativity or lighting with these photos!
