Hope this is appropriate - any experiences, good or bad, with online sellers of pre-ownwd Rolex watches? I have seen good comments regarding DavidSW but am curious about others such as Montre Swiss, lavishcollection, global-time-hbg, and others.

FYI regarding new watches. TRF-trusted sellers may source Rolexes from US ADs and from non-US ADs. If you are in the States and purchase a new Rolex that is sourced from a non-US AD, there are implications regarding warranty coverage. Also, it is my understanding that there are situations where an import duty may apply.

The Rolex warranty is INTERNATIONAL. Valid anywhere in the world as long as warranty card is AD stamped and properly filled out.

I purchased from DavidSW. I paid well under MSRP, no sales tax, no shipping.. and best of all got a signed warranty card dated on my purchase date, a hat, and a watch winder compliments of the AD.

I can't believe how well I made out and I won't purchase from anyone else from now on.

By now you have a good idea of who is a "Trusted Seller" as many here have suggested their favorites. Look here too: https://www.rolexforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28 buy the seller and you will be fine. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is!
